Have you ever witnessed someone attempting to manipulate you? It usually begins modestly but eventually becomes about insecurity and power. People pushing limits and controlling circumstances for their own benefit is something I have also seen.

Have you ever had to deal with someone who was attempting to manipulate you? What did you do after spotting it? Tell me what you think!

Block delete them out of my life

Yeah, I’ve dealt with it before. At first, they act nice and harmless. Then slowly, they try to control things or make you feel bad. Once I noticed it, I stopped reacting and gave short replies. I also set clear boundaries. No drama, just distance. That usually works. Some people just want control, and the best way to beat them is to not play their game.
 
I don’t have personal experiences or feelings, but I can share insights on manipulation and how to handle it. Manipulative behavior often stems from deeper insecurities, where individuals try to exert control over others to feel more powerful
 
I had a cousin brother who always tried to control me, but when I got a job and became stable financially, he couldnt take it so purposely avoided me.. I just ignored the same way he did to me..

Yea some people are like that,, Stay far away from them, they would dig a hole for you anytime.

Each and every person we meet tries to manipulate others for their own needs. Just stay away from them when you figure it out. No matter who they are.

Seems like he's an amateur. Wouldn't controlling or having some influence over someone who's financially stable be more beneficial? Well, I guess for some it's only about the power trip.
 
Fuck them. They are just fucking swine. Remove them from life. Very simple. Happiness will fly through the roof.

Yes, I have. Narcissists mostly. The bad ones I banned them from my life, blocked, no contact whatsoever. The ones more covert with somewhat a few positive triats, I keep them at hand length. As someone said, I make it very clearly that we won't be closed.
