Why people sell Websites and Keywords??

I dont understand why people sell Website with strong keywords for something like 50 Dollar? Why dont they advert it themselves? Should bring a lot more money or?

If i go through the Web-Design Threads all are offering nice websites for very low money...

I am curious to buy some because i think there have to be some missing point ???

Essentially, it does not take that long to do the research. For web design, some of us have been designing websites or a very long time. So there are things that would take some people days to design where as the more advanced designer can do in a couple of hours. E.g: Javascript.

In my opinion they don't, they just come up with a convincing hussle to ditch crap on guys new to IM.

They say stuff like how they don't have time to manage all of the websites and such but automation and VAs help reduce the time required and then once the sites are earning they would be able to sell the sites through a service like the one Meathead owns for a much higher multiplier than the $50 they sell their crap for.

I can research for new keywords and create new website in just 24hr.

The SEO and marketing part that will took me 2-3 months minimum. The most harder part and really pain in the ass.

lol Because they don't!

For $50 You will get a free wordpress theme or a nulled one with $10-15 worth of articles with 5min shitty KW research.

You need to pay for the domain and hosting.

Like others have said. Keyword research is super easy, as is creating a simple wordpress site (what most of those being sold are), it's monetizing it that's tricky.

Ok, but its not idiotic to buy such a site + keyword with a little content to save time ? Because i am thinking to buy arround 5 sites.

If you have the time and knowledge to make a site, then do it, If you don't have the knowledge but want to lern, go to pixel2life for design knowledge and codeacademy if you want to lern how to code. in a month or two you should have no problem making your own sites in no time.
Or you can use free wp theme's and post stuff, but it depends on what kind of site you are after.

To make Instant money instead of waiting for weeks to get those keywords rank and than Bank slowly.

If it looks to good to be true, it probably is.

For $50 you are probably getting the choice of 5 themes the designer has already used dozens of times (not a bad thing), shit content and shit keywords.

They are aimed at noobs to try and get them excited about IM. There are microniche services on here such as this one which promise totally unrealistic things:

So take everything with a pinch of salt. There are a lot of spastics selling shite on here, and the mods are doing a good job. Over the last 6 months it really has got better, we now just need to wait for these older threads to die out so they can be replaced by newer threads that meet the new standards.

You also have to factor in geographic and social effects. If you are from a poor country in Asia, $30 for a website might not be a bad deal for a days work... While $30 an hour in a first world country is not considered much.

I've never bought this crap, I never will. It could be good stuff and I could be missing out by not buying it... but I seriously doubt it.
