I believe there was an old saying that goes something like
"I'm such a good salesman I could sell refrigerators to Eskimos!"
The best product in the world won't mean a thing if you can't sell it. A product or service doesn't have to be good for people to buy it. You just have to convince people that it's what they need in their lives. Of course a good product with good marketing is a great deal for everybody, so do that instead.
Which flips the question - if you had an earning website would you sell it? I wouldn't - is it even worth flipping sites? as it just falls on how good your pitch is not how good the website is.
