I created a PayPal account 3 days ago by using the VPS and open the account with my company details.

But when I created the account they instantly permanent limit my account without any reason. The process was simply legit.

So should I try to open the account with another email but the same company details? Is that possible?

When you say you where using the VPS, you mean your using a proxy or VPN?

I bet the problem is that they don't like seeing the hosting companies IPs. They've probably blacklisted many before you.

Using an AWS VPS is a red flag. New accounts are generally flagged & limited a lot nowadays.

It’ll take some trial & error to find the sweet spot between new accounts & the limitations.

So you are using the hosting companies IP to register your account. That's probably a red flag for them.
Paypal does suck in alot of ways but your process of registration is just a clear red flag. Using a vps ip to register is one of the worst ip to register with any popular platform and you will get blocked/limited immediately.

So which IP should i use?

And can I register the account again with the same details but this time correct IP? and another email?

The best way to create a paypal account is using a resedential proxy you can find many at the marketplace. ANd for managing the account you can use just a fresh proxy ...

Why you're using paypal, anyway? Do you specifically want/need paypal or just to accept cards? If you want to accept cards just get a real payment processor...
