Why PayPal is not working normally on proxy?

Hello,

When I open PayPal on proxy what's what I see:

And I am not able to link my card and other stuff to do.

Is it possible somehow to fix it? And why it happens, it's because of my proxy or it's the same situation with all proxies on PayPal?

There are few reasons you getting that. Possible three are below

1. Your internet speed is slow
2. Your have JavaScript blocked
3. Your antivirus is Blocking Scripts

A quick solution would be to use a different browser.
Check fast.com for speed.

Look like the proxy, not support HTTPS...
