Why Pay For AI Content?

All the AI content writing (rather content spinning) services / tools that I've tried (both free & premium), never gave the final products as ready to use. I always had to check, re-edit, correct words usage, correct the grammar, etc, which consumes a lot of time for me. For others it may not consume a lot of time. (Others may have a different experience though, about using AI content services and tools). And hence, now i just simply outsource the entire thing and there are providers doing this at attractive prices and this saves me a lot of time. Yes, perhaps some of these content service providers themselves may be using AI based tools, however I straightaway get a ready to use end product (content), saving much of my time, getting copyscape-passed content which is original or considered as original by the various algorithms, which serves my purpose.
Hence, my reason of paying for AI content, is that it saves me time. No doubt that others may have some different reasons for paying for AI content, if they are paying for AI content.

I use ClosersCopy, as got the lifetime unlimited version for around $65.

It takes me around 20-25 minutes to do a 1000-1500 article which isn't too bad, and that includes me going through and tweaking for improvements.

Why not? would be the question.
Any tool that saves you time is worth the investment.

People will always pay for something that's cheap and can generate money.
In the past it was spun content, sometimes these content pieces didn't even make sense but still there was a market with demand.
AI content is just the next level of spun content can be used for variety of purposes like link building, autoblogging, ad copy (PPC), email marketing etc...........
And with a little help of a skilled human VA it can be optimized and converted into a decent quality blog post.

Google doesn't care so it doesn't matter if any plagiarism checker pics it up or not.
With my personal experience 75% or more on copyscape indexes and also ranks if optimized.
Now for ranking there are other ranking factors too but in general and low to medium competitive niches this type of content ranks often and indexes always.
I was doing multi level G translate for many years to generate blogs and affiliate sites.
I am still doing it and Google still doesn't care.

Nope it's not just spinning it's more than that and that's why quality is better & it's filler quality can be used on moneysite.
I used to use non native writers for filler quality content in past now AI generates bulk quantity of same content and it cheaper.
Nearly an year and half ago I had 12 in house writers now I have 4 skilled VA's doing the same thing with AI less expense more output.

I know time will come when this will die but until then game on. :D
well explained, :)

AI writing can take up more time than expected so this is why some people outsource the writing for 2$/article to produce in mass simply because they can't be bothered to spend that much time editing an AI product.

There are limitations with free tools and thus people go for paid tools.

AI tools usually have more options than the free generators and they allow you to implement more keywords to it. I agree with you that algorithms can recognize content written this way, so it's always necessary to check it manually and see how it can be improved. But the reason why people are paying for this is that they usually don't have enough time to write their own content or to hire someone to do it instead, so these tools are pretty cheap and good options for them, and free generators simple don't give you so many opportunities.

I use automatic to find rss feeds and content then auto spinner in wordpress to post. It has a massive directory of what it changes things to and can be editied but that would take forever. Its not bad..... not good but... check it out if you want...

true - but AI writers nowadays save time when you want to create fresh content! I am trying to also use existing content and paraphrase it - works well!

I didn't think Jarvis could generate higher quality content. However, when I look at different tools they produce entirely different outputs. They have different settings for GPT-3, so that would explain it.
The training dataset is the first factor, bigger dataset for training equals better final product (text/article in our case here).

Also, the more users/popularity a given tool has will (mostly) make it better. With every run, devs collect data and insights that would help them better optimize the module/algorithms in use.

Ofc I assume the dev teams behind those tools are professional and know well what they're doing, which is the case with the most commercial known tools.

Personal preference: Jarvis, it's one good wild animal

If you don't pay with money, you pay with your time. If you do niche sites for a living and you have to upload a hundred articles while the first results are visible after 6-9 months, every tool that helps you to speed up a process is worth it.

Is Jarvis powering their tool with their trained GPT-3 model? I haven't heard of that.

To me it seems they're just making it "user-friendly" and not necessarily more powerful, but I might be wrong cause there's little discussion on that matter.

There's a tool called sensit.ai and it's hella expensive compared to running your own openai script.

You can generate an article in any language (translation included) for approx 20 cents using a set of simple openai api calls. Meanwhile SaaS businesses are asking you for $2 per article.

So currently I'm biased towards thinking this market is fueled by naive, non-technical userbase (which is probably the case with any SaaS).

They all https://ibb.co/4Sn6w4m, but I couldn't get better output for 3 reasons:
  • you can't control how many tokens will be used per request;
  • you can't control the interface and shape it to your needs (for example tell it to do things in sequence and repeat it for ages - it feels like automation is controlling you and you aren't controlling automation);
  • if you have SaaS api, they limit the number of requests you can make by far more than openai, so it's much slower (and again, super expensive in comparison).
I'm not the type of user to get a candy and enjoy it. Rather, I'm the type of user that wants a candy factory.

Ofc I assume the dev teams behind those tools are professional and know well what they're doing, which is the case with the most commercial known tools.

I would say that about their marketing teams. What's the reason one tool has 100k users and the other 5k? Certainly not quality of the output cause I've verified that.

They're talking about new features. Each month they add something new. That's called product lifecycle.

They're well aware they should release "one click article" and give more control, but they do it in stages cause that's their strategy - to milk users.

In a couple months they will probably add it like they've added "paragraph generation" to Jarvis couple days ago.

Why do people pay for AI content?
All they do... take a few sources, spin the content and spew it out. So why pay when you can use free spinners to do exactly that?
Simply copy the bits you like then spin the article for free... now you have an AI-generated content for FREE.

Needless to say that good plagiarism checkers will pick it up. But it will pass copyscape as 100% plagiarism free.
I know of some writing services which do exactly that and sell it as original copyscape-passed content.
Firstly free spinners have low quality content spin. also with ai tools, you can save huge time of manual scraping and merging content. ai tools can do that with just 1 click.
