Your site is random shit thrown together, you have links for CSI NY too (wtf?)
Just looks really spammy
Also if you are in a country other than US/UK/Canada/Aus they may have declined you because of that

your domain was registered in 04-Oct-2009 ,,and your site have posts from jan 08.. what else you expect? jared is right,it seems like spam blog.create a unique content site with atleast 10 articles with professional design and re apply.

You don't need a website to get accepted by them. When you talk to them tell them you want to promote products and your web site will be made around the products. Did they even call you?

Start over, make a new site with a basic wordpress/HTML theme about a specific niche (dog traning, how to hit a straight shot in golf, etc.)

I just got accepted to MB, my site is 1 month old, just wordpress and 2 posts ( one post is about how to do stuff, and the second is about Plr articles). you have to describe your site and traffic strategies more.. and then they should call you. and only after phone call they will approve you!
I guess the reason they did not accept was that they couldn't make a connection with the make money posts and tv show posts. If you don't want to create another site which I highly suggest, you can do the following:
- Remove tv show links on the sidebar,
- Add some links to authority sites in the make money niche,
- Add some banner advertisements about making money online, it could be anything from clickbank, from other networks or banner CPA ads you find on other sites.
- If you can add a few review type posts with links to affiliate products it will also help.
Another approach is to create a new mini niche based site and populate it. You can check
to see what offers MaxBounty has and create your new site around that and tell them which offers you will be promoting and how(seo, article marketing,video marketing or so on).
