GoDaddy usually adds the word “go” or some other word that’s available in front of the domains you search that aren’t available and they appraise it for $995 - $1995 and people buy the domain and probably end up buying more. Then they find out later when they try to sell it, it’s worth less than the renewal cost.

Try selling them on Namepros someone might bite there. But you'll only probably get less than $100 for them.

Not really.
You buy the domain, then list it in a marketplace like afternic, find end-users and outbound sales mail to them... Boom!!!
Mind you, not all names sell that easily

It's can work only for company, when they register domain name that same to company name. In other cases it doesn't metter.

i think it's a problem of perception. it happens to many domain flippers, there is sometimes a difference between what you think is good and what people think is good.
