Why No Php 7 Tutorial Exist In The World For 12 Months Now ?

Hello Php Programmers,


There exist tonnes of Php 7 tutorial sites that assume we know php 5. Their php 7 tutorial only lists the new features of php 7 compared to php 5.
How come there exist no tutorial written in a way so that complete beginners, who do not know any previous versions of php, can learn php 7 from top to bottom ? There is no online or offline free/paid tutorial/course on php 7 for complete beginners who don't know previous versions of php!
If you know of any, do you mind pointing the right direction to me to where I can learn php 7 from top to bottom without needing to learn any previous versions.
Php 5 tutorials do not assume we know php 4 and teaches every command/functions of php 5 from top to bottom without needing to learn any previous versions lik 3 or 4. The Php 7 tutorial should do likewise.

Altrnatively, you are welcome point me to a proper suitable free/paid online course/tutorial that teaches Php 7 only (and not any previous version) and is for complete beginners who don't know and not need to know Php 5 or any previous version to learn Php 7.

PHP5 code will run on PHP7. It's the same language, just read the PHP docs. Everything is there already. Some old functions are deprecated, but for the most part it's all the same.

All PHP7 did was deprecate some functions(they still work, just return errors -> future versions will not use these functions), and add some new functions/language constructs.

It's not like going from Python 2.x to Python 3.x where everything is broken and useless..
