how in the hell do you have 100k pages indexed? what type of site do you run? Does anyone else here have that many pages indexed? If so how in the hell do you have that kind of time to create content for 100k pages? shit i have 200 pages indexed and i feel like i never have time to do shit

^ make sure "Allow search engines to index this site" is checked
next check your robots.txt file and .htaccess file by accessing them through FTP, make sure nothing is causing problems
next try to edit one of the pages, and if you're using an SEO plugin like yoast it should give you the option to allow or disallow index of the page.. make sure it's not set as 'noindex'.
just outsource the job to someone with a good reputation on fiverr if you're not sure, it shouldn't be too hard to fix

I'm for 2 reasons: it's either manual penalty or you might have lost some valuable backlinks.
