Please help me !. My site is working fine, but recently I have posted some new posts and found my post is not index or very slow.

This can be caused by three different factors.

1. Your website is NEW
2. Your website does not contain original content
3. Your website does not have enough traffic for google to detect it

This is also another factor !!!!
Poping your head in search-engines is not a 1 day process, unless your getting millions of daily organic visitors!!!

is it a expired domain ? maybe it was penalized

how recent is your website?

It is also important to have links to and from your posts. This way Google find your page or post faster and index it. And also, write unique content. I suggest that all your pages and post should be at least 350 words.
