Why my sale doesn't appear???

I'm very new to clickbank and I just made a sale. I'm tracking my sale by my own site which I will know if someone bought my product. However, the sale doesn't appear in my clickbank transcation. Can this happen??

Moreover, my report of hoplink doesn't show the same record as previous day. To explain, yesterday I check the report of 15/5/2014 I got 210 clicks. However, today I check the report of 15/5/2014 and it decreases to 80. How is that happen????

Can anyone explain me about this?? Thx a lot

I would contact support at Clickbank but mind you that there was a data reporting and analytics delay on the 14th and the 15th of May.

The ClickBank Team has been actively working to restore transaction records from yesterday that were not appearing in quick stats or the transaction screen. Most of yesterday's sales records should now be updated as a result of these efforts.


Refunds and cancellations are still being loaded and will be updated fully within 24 hours. With the exception of the reporting delay, the ClickBank platform is fully operational; all Instant Notifications, Email Notifications for sales, refunds and subscription cancellations continue to operate normally.

Client Analytics has been delayed since the start of the scheduled maintenance going on this week. The ClickBank Team is actively working on getting the reporting up to date.

Thanks that answers my questions on my hop count being over 200 a day on the 14th and on the 15th was 0. Does that mean I could of possible made sales between that time and it wasn't updating yet?

So Clickbank sent me a message "Thank you for your inquiry! Our technical team is aware of an issue that occurred yesterday, 5/14/14, in which a 3 hour window of data is currently unavailable. The technical team is working to restore the display of information in clients' accounts.Sorry for the inconvenience the analytics will be down for a few days. Please rest assured that no sales have been dropped or lost, there is just an issue displaying the sales in the accounts. We hope to have the information restored to your account as soon as possible!"

Not sure why they said yesterday was 5/14 but anyways My analytics was updated right after the message and a sale popped up:) Sometimes I wonder if I should make more sales when they have these maintenance things for a few hours.

yeah this happens from time to time with clickbank ive alwayd got quick responses though and everything turned out fine.
