Why my PC going On & Off on Every 5mins on Sleep Mode?

When i set my PC on "Sleep" (i haven t tested out "Shutdown") automatically it self starting to power on and power off all the time on every fucking 5 mins. Whats the problem for this since i don't have any apps running in the background. Thank you. Windows 10

Have you tried to hibernate?

Something is waking up your comp from sleep, you will need to check your settings.
