This is SEO, nothing is guaranteed, but if you work on your content and link building, then results will come eventually, provided you didn't choose too hard keywords to rank. You probably need more / better backlinks.

I am working off page everyday, but still no result.
before working over off page, check your onpage status.
Are you using META TAG, STRUCTURED DATA(schema.org), ALT TAG & SITE MAP ? Use SEOquake or SEOPtimeror SEMrush and check your onsite first

What is your competition? No one can tell you anything until they know your competition. You have to be better than them.

If your website is new it is normal not to rank :) If I were in your shoes I'd check on-page and content issues as it is very important.

SEO is a slow and highly competetive procedure. Depending on your niche, keywords and content alongwith various other factors your sites will be ranked. Offsite link building is just a part of seo not complete seo.

If working offpage means working on link building, etc, try building links to quality sites that can contribute link juice back to your site. Otherwise, building spam links will not contribute anything back to your site - it will neither move your site upward or downwards in the short term.
If you are able to boost your site with hq links, such as links from new sites, cnn, etc, those would definitely contribute value back to your site.

Dude go do some research, stop asking for handouts. If you read up enough about SEO, you would know 40 days isn't long enough at all.
