I complete my website onpage and working one month in offpage work, but still position is zero. please suggest me. Thank you.

You need to check all the terms and condition of SEO. You have to make standard title and description, sitemap.xml. robots.txt, alt tags, Need to check page chache, submit your sitemap.xml in webmaster. May be this will helpful for you.

if you have low competition kw's then do some high authority backlinking when these links will be indexed your ranking will be boom

Check the interlinking of your website and give some good links to your website homepage and inner pages too. It will start showing your website keywords in the Google search results.

How competitive your kw is? Even a low competitive keyword need a quality article. Otherwise, it won a google Devaluation.

You can occupy zero positions for several months if there is a lot of competition in your niche. You could choose a high KD keyword. I recommend you continue to work on the site and wait a bit.
