Why my keyword is not getting in top 10 ?

To get top ranking in Google you have to choose the right keyword. And you can also do it by using wodpress theme and plugins that effective support for SEO. You can also write articles around your keywords. This will also boost up your ranking.

Quality content on your website help you to rank good in search engine. Don't submit your article in too many sites, just put them in one site and bookmark it to many sites.
 
I think you are missing some shorts of links like Wiki, web 2.0 links etc. Add these to your campaign then I think you will get the rank. As this is a long tail keyword so it will work very quickly.
