Why my google adsenes kept decline my application

Hello, Guys:

I have been in a very odd situation. I have one google adsense(call it Account A) which had been generating income for like 1 year until 2016. After the associated webiste lost its rankings, there was no income and Account A stayed inactivity. Then this account has been disabled by google. Last week when I tried to reuse it, it needs to reverify. All is good except that the associated site that I used to apply it has down. So I just applied for youtube adsense which does not need a working website. But I have tried 2 times, it kept getting decliened by google. Then I found out that i have another google adsense account(call it Account B) under same name, so i went ahead and closed Account B and tried again, still Account A got declined. Now I am out of idea what would be the reason.

i think the two possible solutions:
1): add a working website to Account A and try again. It got declined becase it has no site attached it?
2): use the Account B - i have close it, maybe I can reopen it and close Account A and use Account B to apply again and try my luck?

I am in need of your help! Any help would be appreciate it!

There may be many reasons, but some of them are as follows;

1- Insufficient Content
2- Policy Content
3- Insufficient Traffic
4- Unreliable Design

Regardless of all these reasons, adsense may reject your application. What you need to do to prevent this is; It should be to comply with the recommendations given by google, rather than the guide articles, including this article. You should definitely review google's adsense program policies, quality guidelines and help pages related to adsense application several times. You should review the articles written on the google adsense blog and the points shared on the youtube account.

thank you for your reply. But I am applying for youtube google adsenes, it is not supposed to have the need to submit a website, is it?

It may be the consequence of many different things, I think the problem is that the account was connected to an invalid site that's not working and Google probably recognize it, even if you are trying to apply for YouTube AdSense. So, maybe you should try with a totally new account that wasn't previously attached with the site that's not working, and then try again with YouTube, shouldn't be a problem then, especially if you also slightly modify the account name.
 
You can use other Ad networks that pay better, it depends on your traffic volume, inch, and traffic location. Like mediavine and other ad networks are good too. Adsense is not the only option. You can also promote affiliate products on your channel to generate income. Don't get yourself fixed on Adsense.
 
Love the answers... OP doesn't have a website but people advise him use another network LOOOOOOL
