recently fb ads was very easily suspended or blocked flagged? whatever register it myself or buy accounts? did u guys have any methods to avoid it? or where can i find stable fb ads accounts?

also i faced this problem
to solve iit : i hire a freelancer from up work take 25 % from me for every sponsor dollar
