Hello,
Sorry for my english I'm french.
I do not understand why a competitor site: urgence-serrurier-95@com ( locksmith site) ranks very good with keywords with internal pages like "serrurier deuil la barre" or "serrurier franconville" on google.fr
Internal pages are duplicate, backlinks nothing special, then why such a good position for you?

maybe he has social signals, also his domain might be whole lot older than yours..

domain name, proper on page optimization, pagerank, domain age is fact for better ranking

Domain age is very important in internal page SEO.

1) his website is hosted in France. that helps a bit.
2) only 3 facebook likes/1 twitter so that shouldn't be it.
3) looks like 16 registered alexa backlinks.
4) PR1 domain
5) site has super fast load time.

It does not look like a site that is very hard to rank against, maybe every other site just has worse seo...

Ridiculously fast loads speeds.

Almost looks like an SEO test site by the way it's linked in the footer area.

If he's ranking well then why not copy it and add more content + pages + links?

If you are him + extra than you cannot lose

Hey OP can you please remove your competitor's URL from your post?

You should beat him at his game, not out his site on a black hat forum.
