why my comments are not viewable in other browser?

I am commenting a certain sites using Google chrome browser and it say's my comments are save but when I view the site in other browser my comments are not viewable. does it means that it does not approve? why that it is approve in other browser? what really happen?

They are not approved yet. They show up in the browser you did it in but they won't show up for everyone else till it's approved.

It probably works that way so the same person won't put in 5 of the same comment thinking it's not posted yet.

hmmm, now I know how hard is blog commenting...
