Why my comment cant be on top

I have problem with utube beast or proxy.. or my accounts..

I have 35 private account and private 35 proxy

I tested that. So i upvote 10 random comments on 10 random videos - every was on top.

Next day, i did the same, but comments cant be on top.. Why? Even i add 35 comments it is not on top... Problem is with account or proxies ?

problem can be with proxies
or
problem can be with yt accounts
or
problem can be with your comment rater
or
can be on a competitive niche and you get down voted just as fast
or
can be a combination of any of the above.

Youtube is getting hang of this technique i guess, but comment rating does work maybe there are more top comments with high votes on video that you're commenting on.

enter your original account from youtube (same upload video) and answer the comment
