why my CJ advertiser application pending ?

I have applied for a Antivirus software product affiliate application from my Cj account . When I applied it it show's that the advertiser approves application manually. But it has been pending around more then a month . I have tried contacting the advertiser but no reply ..

Can some one here help me to get the application approved.
