you can create 1000 blogs but if they aren't indexed you won't get any views....try to create some more backlinks to them and after they get indexed try to make a good page rank with them....

Using these 2 you will get some backlinks and maybe you will speed up the indexing process... (sometimes it takes more than just a few days with blogspot blogs)
