Why my AMS 4.3 automatically closed closed down when loading mailing list ?

I want to use AMS 4.3 for sending emails but when I tried to load my mailing list it was suddenly closed down automatically.

And now I using Windows 7. I used Windows XP before without any problem.

Can somebody share here how to solve the issue ?
