Hi everybody, my account Paypal was limited, it is the second time this week, I am going to explain to you how I proceeded so that you can explain me the cause of my limitation

    1: I join on Paypal
2: I verify my account Paypal with my bank account
3: I wait 2 days to receive payments, it is not payments from EBay
4: I wait 1 day to transfer the money towards my personal account with my real information, i make a simulation of purchase by creating one " buy now buttons" .
5: I wait 1 hour and I connect in my personal account and I withdrawal the money towards my bank account
6: everything goes well up to there, I wait 15Hours
7 : I redo the step 4 and 5 without waiting one day but waiting 15 hours and at the time of paying Paypal say to me that my account is limited and a few minutes later I receive an e-mail of Paypal which asks me to send my ID...

I used a VPN for every connection, IP addresses were not the same. Do you think that I should have waited for a few days for the second simulation of payment?

Logging in on different IP will surely sound the alarm, much more using a VPN... It will arouse fraud suspicion or illegal access to Paypal. Anyway, there are some guys here who could help for a just compensation. Cheer up mate!!!

PayPal recently posted a new Policy Update which includes changes to the PayPal User Agreement.

The update to the User Agreement is effective November 1, 2012 and contains several changes, including changes that affect how claims you and PayPal have against each other are resolved. You will, with limited exception, be required to submit claims you have against PayPal to binding and final arbitration, unless you opt out of the Agreement to Arbitrate (Section 14.3) by December 1, 2012. Unless you opt out: (1) you will only be permitted to pursue claims against PayPal on an individual basis, not as a plaintiff or class member in any class or representative action or proceeding and (2) you will only be permitted to seek relief (including monetary, injunctive, and declaratory relief) on an individual basis.

    1. Never use a VPN.

    2. Always wait 12 hours before touching money.

Are you following the basics to stealth accounts like...

    1. Never use the same IP for more than one account.
    2. Always use Ccleaner between signing into accounts to erase tracking devices.
    3. Better yet use separate windows/mac accounts to divide cookies ect.

    Let us know...

Thank you for your fast answers guys :) .

I also thought that the problem could come from the VPN but I had already made the same thing by using the same VPN and that had worked. one week limited Paypal all my accounts having made a payment. All the account Paypal is not link. I always use different user account, different Ip.

I forgot to say to you something: on the account with which I received the money I connected with 14 different IP within 24 hours because I had had a problem of VPN.
On the other account with I make simulations of purchase also hold me the money for " unautorized payment from buyer "

No doubt VPN is what is responsible, the system is detecting different users logging into your account from different locations. Well, it's an automated thing and will continue to happen when you rotate IPs. Why can't you just surf with your original IP or better still get one permanent private proxy and maintain it instead of a VPN.

I can't use my real IP address because my paypal account is not in my country. I heard about VPS, is that better?

    1. You wait 12 hours all the time.

    2. Never withdraw or send the money in perfect even amounts and always leave some in the account.

Never use a VPN since most of them are shared and blacklisted for eBay/PayPal.
Use a Windows VPS with remote desktop.

    Helped :)

    Cheers
    Mike

You need to learn stealth. That is the end.

If you are in an area with easy access to a number of dedicated IPs (home, internet cafe, mall, hotels, etc) and can't do VPS, that's preferable to using proxies or VPN, since they are not likely to be blacklisted. Always remember it's not just the IP or script cookies, it's also flash cookies, amounts and frequency of transactions, etc.

OK, thanks everybody for your answers.

Maybe that the problem comes from the VPN BUT

Do you think that the error is the step 7 ? I should have waited another 2 days :(

I always use VPS, easy to use and prevents from simple mistakes such as login to different Paypal with the same IP or not clearing history and etc. You can find good quality VPS for ~15$. If you never used it, it's simple as 1,2,3 (check youtube). Just always buy Windows VPS (don't know best choice for mac, never been using it).
    Good luck!

    My pleasure. ;)

Also note that changing your MAC Address and using routers can alter and propagate a new IP to...

I also had my account limited by PayPal last week. I spoke with a rep over the phone and tried to get more information on this. What others are saying is completely correct. The rep told me that PayPal had detected a potential "virus activity" on my computer and when I asked her what she meant by that, she said different IP's etc. I was using a VPN and nothing else out of the norm, hadn't even withdrawn any money in days.

Going with a proxy or as others are saying VPS is somethign I'm going to look into as well. I'm not sure how much they check those id's or if it's all part of an automated system.
