Like Title Why most PPI network From Israel ?

Are there other countries supports the same work ?

I think it has to do something with them not giving a fck about US laws.

Well, I think it's because of first big game pioneers like babylon and conduit that pumped the money for performance advertising industry. Both are Israeli based. Considering population and area of Israeli, it's like all of these business are happened in one very average European or American city so connections are tight. The law thing is also a viable argument, however I do know some big guys in PPI from San Diego, CA too

In my opinion, it is because of the legal aspect more then anything else. Yes, if things are a bit shady eventually the US law catches on.

It is just because of legal issues i think.

Are most PPI networks from Israel? I didn't know that.

Probably tons of Russian, Chinese and others as well.
