Why meta refresh troubles and manually never?

Want to see search engines visits your pages,
i try first with meta refresh noway all xxx do it and you are banned

So let's do it manually play with the mouse update you page all day long every 3 seconds results in pictures (IN THIS TEST PAGES HAVE NO BACKLINKS NO PR)
