It's a very famous site with professional atmosphere. So many people with a lot of money. Why isn't it more popular for SEO here?

less bans on other platforms compared to LI and also,one should maintain at least some basic detailed profile to get minimum response on LinkedIn

Linkedin is a platform mostly for 9-5 job workers either for getting their vanity points from each other when they are in a job and for searching jobs when they are out of jobs.
So the majority of the users are not there to buy or sell. On top of that Linkedin ads are very expansive and user base is hard to convert due to the reasons I mentioned earlier.
As for as gaming(creating multiple profiles, spamming dms etc) linkedin platform is concern it has become harder like most social media platform.

I heard about LinkedIn when I just graduated. As far as I know, LinkedIn is mainly a career platform where many companies post job openings. It seems that few people rely on this platform to find clients. Now fewer and fewer people use this platform.

SEO on linkedin is not easy bro, to be able to get to the top of search you need to have good strategy and technique, as it is a multinational professional platform there are many organizations that want to get to the top, and if you don't have good expertise it will be difficult for you to make an impression on your profile.

If it’s a well-known site with wealthy users, it could be that the competition is tough or the site's SEO isn’t optimized enough. Popularity for SEO depends on visibility, relevance, and how well it’s promoted online.
