Why it shows (LinkedIn member) instead of name

Hi
In LinkedIn company page i have a problem with employee names.
In people section of company page,my employees name shows as LinkedIn member and won't show the names.
All profile settings are visible and public, and accounts are live and don't have any problem.
Do you know how can i fix it?

There's nothing to fix . It simply happens because the user has chosen to make their profile private. This is a feature of LinkedIn to protect it's users privacy

I'm managing those employees, and I'm telling you i didn't make anything private

Some users set private settings and it shows this.

To show their name, you should upgrade to sales navigator (premium doesn't help with that).
