I am building a tier SEO campaign.
On Tier 1 I have opened 5 high PR web 2.0 pages, with 300 unique words article.
On Tier 2 I am using GSA SER 300 words spinned article on PR>2 and 10 links a day from web 2.0 and wiki
On Tier 3 10 links a day from general keywords (off-topic)

It has been already 3 days and non of my Tier 1 pages, are indexed?!
Any ideas, how can I improve?
Am I doing something wrong?

you are doing it right... just carry on.. and making tier 2 and tier 3 links indexed is important...

It takes much more than 3 days before the sites are indexed. Even if you build links to tier 1 sites, it may take around 14 days before they are indexed...

Just a little patience....yeah....yeah

just be patient. web2.0 craw rates are vary. For example, blogspot is very fast. Squidoo has their own system to get articles indexed....

Thanx, I thought it should be max 3 days

OP. Buy Lindexed. It is an indexing service that is owned by one of our members here. It works really well. After you buy it, login, in click "new campaign" and then paste ALL of the links you created for this site into the box. Then, scroll down and name it something appropriate and click the drop down and select "14 days". That means that your links will index accordingly over 14 days, as to not look suspicious. You should see results within 4-5 days, I always do.

You are way too hurrying.. Web 2.0s and wikis take time to be indexed..

It's might take a while for them to get indexed. Just keep pushing forward with your other important seo tasks.
