why isn’t my channel growing?

I’m kind of lost right now. When I started out with my channel I wa able to grow pretty quickly in the beginning.

I did this by commenting on popular channels and getting the top comment on every video in my “niche”

It wasn’t exactly my niche however because I don’t know other channel like mine.

My channel is basically documenting my journey of creating new habits in my life and updating my audience.

I tried some “advice” videos and they were quite popular for a while but I felt like a fraud. Also they lost traction and went from 10,000 views to 200 views.

I much prefer documenting my journey of transformation.

I don’t know how to attract people to my channel any more. I want growth like I had before but now it’s stagnant.

What can I do?
 
Advertise on BHW
Put tags in your videos and write a 300 word description.
 
Perhaps link a video, be able to give you a better answer.

The idea of my channel is that I implement a different habit every month or every 2 months in an attempt to change my life.

I put tags in my video. I pay for this service called tube buddy which suggests tags but I don’t know how to tell if they’re working or not. I have 2,400 subscribers but I usually only get about 200 - 400 views now.
 
same here.. gained 13k subs in a year with 20k - 50k daily views.. since 3 weeks my channel is down to 5k daily views and almost no subscribers.. looks like a change in their algo.. guess you cant do anything against it. Either you accept and continue uploading or do work on a platform you own.
 
How were you able to get up to 20 - 50k daily views? That’s amazing!
 
pretty much the algorythm is the king. most views are coming from suggested. what to do to get our videos into the suggested?
