Why is xrumer site design all shitty?

Ok, I didn't know there's a nifty demo version of Xrumer available from the botmasternet.com, is it the official site of xrumer?

But anyways, I am just curious why in the world their web design is so lame? Heck, just one blast can give you enough link juice to rank up in the serps, and with that money hiring some geek from scriptlance would be piece of cake!

I couldn't agree with you more. I can say I'm above average when it comes to logic (programming) but I'm a shitty artist. I still draw stick figures of people like how a kindergarten would.
