This page has started ranking #1 recently for most of its terms.

This happened 15 days back

I noticed this site is using two analytics on one page.

Could this be the reason or is this site doing blackhat?

Better Citation flow, better Trust flow, more number of domains pointing to its inner deep-nested pages as well as domain, and looks like it has better SEO personnel or are getting quality SEO services.

Onsite SEO is not that great, many key elements are missing, but still, lots of diverse backlinks, from different domains and IPs.
Good offsite seo gives good results. Here's the proof.
