Why is this site ranking #1?

The site is ranking #1 in google.

I checked the site's backlink profile and from what I can see it's rather thin. I thought it would have pbn links but I don't see any.

On the other hand its on-site seo is very well done with videos, multiple links to authority sites, google maps embedding, good interlinking between the pages, long relevant articles.

Am I missing something or is good on-site seo all it takes to get to #1 spot for a local search like that?

Advertise on BHW
remove that site and keyword from your thread. it might harm that site.
 
It's in code tags so it shouldn't be a problem, right?

you added them in pics.but still google employee might read this thread and find the bh of that site. (i had asked you to remove because matt reads this forum)

I initially posted the site and keyword in code tags and after your first remark I replaced the code with images.

From what I can see the site doesn't use any bh. Do you see anything suspicious?
