Why is this autoblog/scraper site ranking so well?

My scraper sites were kicked to the curb. Maybe its just a matter of time or is this guy doing something that is keeping him under the radar.

Clearly duplicate scraped content.

I checked out his site and it's gotta be because of his exact match domain name, he has 2 backlinks on that site. 0 pr and no alexa rank at all.

But with all of the dup scraped content I cant imagine him lasting long.

That blog is just used for backlinks to the real money site. There's even another one which rank 1 spot below that site with exactly the same content and EMD (replacing car with auto) very smart indeed. I've check it, the money site is #1 position for its keyword. Just another link pushing site, you can find tons of site like that in mesothelioma and lawyer keyword.
