But is it guaranteed that if a Software Engineer is in Silicon Valley then it is better than all Engineer from developing countries??Quality over quantity.
I second this ^^^, but also Silicon Valley is primarily where a lot of VC firms and big Angel Investor money is. Realistically, it makes sense for the companies to be near where their large initial capital comes from and that's why you see a lot of companies stick around as they go from Series A to B, C, etc. Once you're been grounded to a physical location and have 30+ employees with employee stock options, it's a lot harder to convince them all to up and move to Seattle for cheaper rent.Quality over quantity.
Guaranteed no, statistically more likely probably. But is it guaranteed that if a Software Engineer is in Silicon Valley then it is better than all Engineer from developing countries??
Then why not just do financing in Silicon Valley but do hiring online so that they can make use of cheap labor?I second this ^^^, but also Silicon Valley is primarily where a lot of VC firms and big Angel Investor money is.
