Why is *********** showing up as censored here?

Hi guys, for the record here's what happened:
BHW is a very active community and a lot of mentions and support requests appears in this forums so I asked one of our rep to cover the board and make sure that all questions regarding our platform and products were adequately and promptly answered. He took is mission very seriously and answered/updated a lot of threads in a short period of time. Unfortunately this probably looked a bit spammy and got him banned for abusive promotion of our products. I understand that the censorship came in at the same time.
I have contacted the board's management about the situation and I'm sure we'll be able to figure out a solution that would allow us to continue providing efficient support to our affiliates on this board in a legitimate way and lift the censorship.
