Seriously... IGNORE her...
If she looks at you.. look up the heavens and ask for an angel to come down. If she smiles at you look down to the ground and make a stale gesture. That way, she will be "challenged" and start to think "How the hell is this douche ignoring me?". After a week or two, ask her for a snack or lunch. TALK and tell her to go out with you. If she does eat with you or better yet go out with you, it should be easy to tell what to do next.

Taking the advice of many people who replied, I asked her out coz I didn't care about rejection. She seemed very happy and excited when I did. We went on a couple of dates. Didn't work out well. We are very very different. We are good friends now and we talk about our childish crush which we had in the beginning and laugh about it. LOL.
So, I'm on the hunt for other chicks now. Any chick interested in me in BHW PM me. Lol just kidding.
About my IM, I'm doing good with CB in make money online niche. Looks like people just want to get very rich very fast real bad. I think it's an ever green niche.
