You should not text a woman or use facebook, if you know her IRL. That just does not work.
She wants you to behave like a man.
Tell her verbally that you want to spent some time with her and take her to a cafee (but not to Mac). Or, if you want to really impress her, to a theatre.

upd: and don't be afraid to be laughed on. Every fucking girl, no matter how attractive, rich or whatnot she is and no matter how ugly, shy and poor a man are, will always be flattered by man's attention.
