In recent months, Reddit has been actively using advanced algorithms based on your behavioral profile. It's no longer just blocking by IP, hardware, etc. Now Reddit creates a "digital portrait" of each user:
What forms a behavioral profile?

Topics, keywords, slang, repetitive phrases. Frequency and format of posts and comments.

When and how quickly do you write posts or comments. Intervals between registration and first publication.

Device type, browser, screen resolution. VPN, IP addresses, geolocation.

How quickly do you re-register? Does your behavior and content style change after bans?

How does Reddit figure you out?
It uses machine learning to compare a new account with a previously banned one. If the style, topic, time of publication, device match, you get banned instantly.

How to bypass behavioral tracking?
A couple of tips.
1. Radically change your publishing style.
2. Use a completely different device or browser.
3. Don't post anything suspicious for the first few days after registration.
4. Change activity patterns (different times of day, new SMALLER subreddits).
Now this is a reality to which we need to adapt. Reddit has long been more than just a usual site, it is a powerful system with advanced moderation algorithms.

Not only that there is also flagging community that is helping the admins to detect the spam.Some subreddits out there are using custom moderator bots that detector karma farming behaviour in accounts.

That's true. So in case of blocking it makes sense to change subreddits for posting/commenting

Yes, from my observations, in subreddits with a small number of participants (up to 10-15 thousand) moderation is less strict

Reddit is becoming more idiotic by the day.

The latest is not banning your account but blocking you access to your account by false wrong password/username loop.

Also seems to be transitioning to mobile over desktop for everything.
 
Yes, but that's the solution. You can use a mobile app to create a more secure account, plus it's easier to post/comment from a mobile app and not get banned. Then, the ready account can be used on a PC
 
Mostly ai, Reddit is sesspit like tiktok.

reddit has been enshittified fora while, latest fiasco, is them banning people upvoting violence or promoting luigi posts, and now musk is complaining about reddit again.

reddit also may want to paywall content eventually.

they have been cracking down on suspicious activity, and any new accounts can get banned very fast, as you know people are creating thousands of accounts per day, per my previous post they are doing it because its now wants to push a right wing narrative which in turn drives traffic to the site, more ads essentially, and they want to please the trump admin, because hes been going after anyone that opposes him. all this account bannings are a result of that.

reddit went IPO, so they probably want to sell it down the line.

Yeah theres an account that calls out if the account is a farm account or not, even if it's being used manually.
 
Agree. If I may add, it's also essential to use high quality mobile proxies. Unlike regular proxies, mobile proxies are harder for Reddit to detect.
