I've also asked this question before. There doesn't seem to be enough services that cater to users of the platform.
I would think it's because of how long it takes for an account to gain traction on Pinterest.

With Facebook, once you have the followers and have a working posting formula, you almost immediately start getting attention. But Pinterest, you won't know whether what you're doing is working or not till several months or more.

Why would SMM followers on facebook impact how much attention your posts get?

Pinterest is less popular with SMM panels due to its focus on high-quality visuals, limited user engagement, and a complex algorithm that prioritizes pin quality. Additionally, its niche audience may not align with broader marketing strategies, making automation less effective compared to platforms like Instagram or Facebook.
also mods really need to wipe these idiots typing chat gpt responses, all the forums getting flooded with this shit recently

I personally feel that Pinterest is unpopular because of its strict advertising restrictions.

Facebook determines the reach of your post according to the initial response it gets from the first people it was shown. The more active followers you have, the more people would initially be shown. If they respond positively to the post, the reach maybe expanded to even non-followers.

If you have very few followers or no followers at all, it'll be extremely difficult.

I think its kind of like reddit not enough people were using it now more people are using reddit and more panels are popping up.

It’s harder there compared to platforms like Instagram or Twitter. Pinterest users look for genuine inspiration, so fake engagement doesn't help there.

but smm panels provide bot accounts, so if anything you would get a negative from this, because the people wouldnt interact with your post

It is unpopular because it is an untapped traffic source that most people do not know about in the first place. Hence, most panels decides not to have any offers for it.

They likely have good fake engagement detection or it is not fully understood e.g reddit. Also it's just not as requested by popular demand.
