Why is "myien" Not Banned Yet??

Why is "myien" not banned he has scammed members of the bhw community yet his account is still active admin's if you read this please ban this A**hole asap before he scams more bhw members please. Thank You.

Even though up to a week can be a short time before calling someone a scammer depending on the situation, the funniest thing about these guys is they seem to hang around and check their 'scam threads' hoping it will go away, while starting new business via PM or IM.

Or they're hoping to get the job done without even informing you about the hurdles they are going through. I think being ignored by a user while he's surfing around the forum is a sign of not caring, even if he does come through.
