If your on page is not ready, first make it ready. Than start Off-page SEO and make quality backlinks. Use social media Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest and Youtube. Keep promote your blog on social channel and post half or one minute video and post on Facebook that's how you can make more visitors on Youtube.
