Why is my pages grow so slowly?

Hey guys, my question is: why is my pages grow so slowly? here are the stats:

5 months from birth, following 500-600 people a day until it reaches 5500 then unfollow to 500 and then follow again, i use massplaner, follow only people who follow pages in simillar niches. Usually follow back ratio around 10%

Content is good, but simillar pages with this type of content and same birth date now have 5-7 times more followers than mine and i dont know why.

Currently i have 3500 followers on each, its sooo small number i feel shame.

I am not from US, and all my pages was registred on foreign IPs maybe this is the problem?
Instagram decrease reach on US auditory if page is not from US.

All my pages in Art / Design niche

I am not (yet) often on IG but if geo location is the problem why don't you use a vpn, dedicated IP etc. that is located in the States?

And you might be at it for 5 months, your competition might be at it for years and if your niche has a lot of competition (which most do) it takes longer, maybe you should invest a little bit in shoutouts which will result in a lot of new followers if done right.
