why is my instagram page like this

i have an instagram page that I have been actively using for 2 months.the reels I share on this account get low impressions for a while, like 30 40.they don't get impressions even if the interaction is good.in the same way, a period is improving, I'm starting to get good impressions based on interaction.At first I thought it was completely related to my content, but during the period when my impressions improved, I posted an irrelevant bad reels and got a better impression compared to the period when I didn't get impressions.instagram gives 1 week of good interaction 1 week of bad interaction at first I thought it might be because my account is new, but it's been 2-3 months and it's still the same. i feel like there's a point I'm missing or am I just thinking too much.
