I have ordered several services on here and although it did good for my serp movement why did the actual number of links not go up that much? I think my site only went up like 100 links in YSE when It should have gone up way more than that. Is that because Im not pinging them? Should I be pinging them? Wont google find them naturally anyways? Dont want no sandbox here, Thanks!

Search engines never show all your backlinks, this is to help stop people from reverse engineering their algo and gaming them.

^ What he said.. don't pay too much attention to your backlink count, who gives a shit? Your movement in the SERPS has gone up and that's the important metric to be measuring.

What type of links are they? If they are spam links like blog comments I would not recommend pinging. If they are web 2.0s and such I would recommend blasting them with blog comments or something similar; a little link juice will flow and it'll make sure the web 2.0s are crawled and indexed.

I've got a hunch that YSE has been using less and less of their server resources towards backlink checkers and YSE.

I've personally noticed that backlinks aren't showing up, and that there have been crazy fluctuations based upon whatever "server" you are accessing for YSE. For example, when checking one site that I use as my dummy auto-approve domain I see it fluctuate from 60,000 backlinks to 20,000 in a matter of two or three checks.

Its getting to the point where paid backlink checkers are the way to go, such as MajesticSEO
