Title explains all, I am so baffled how low it is, its almost NEVER this low.

I really need some help. How can I get it higher? How did it get so low?
Is it my fault?

Your visitors might be from low-paying countries.

I have 1k unique visits a day, Legit ones, and I have a 1.2 CTR but my cpc is 0.13 euros, this reaaaally sucks My visitors are almost 100% us I don't know why this is happening, can some review my website, it's kinda new and not very customized but well: technologynewsandreviews co cc

They can't be working properly then :| I always used to get 100's of clicks when I had adsense and pre-rolls.

Try and rank for some keywords that pay a much higher cpc 0.13 euro's is really low and 1.2CTR is quite low also. You have lots of room to expand.
