Why is it so hard to..

I was thinking about setting up a Proxy system. I can pick up the servers pretty cheap here. Plus I have an open T1 that I can set them up on. I just don't have the time to set them all up and get them going.

I might start looking into it a little more now that more and more people are needing IP
