Why is Google not indexing my website?

Seems you have misunderstood the terms like indexing, ranking and PR. As you were talking 0/10 i understand it`s the PR you`re checking. PR and rankings are two different things. And the PR isn`t updated publicly anymore.

You could use some SERP services for an improvement in ranking. Check the marketplace at once.

On my google webmaster thing it says 0 urls from my website have been indexed, what do I do about that?
 
Did you submit your sitemap in google webmaster tools?
 
you have lots of duplicate content and java script issues.
The site may be indexed under a different domain.
you don't have a sitemap and your site is blocked by .htaccess.
In the Meta Tag your site has noindexed.

Are you telling me possible issues or specifically issues for my website?
 
There might be issues with the theme you're using, or the domain you bought, if it was an expired or previously owned domain (check on archive.org). A brand new website shouldn't have any issues indexing, even without any content. Just the default wordpress theme with a "hello world" post on it should index within a few days on its own.

Yes, the plugin should do it but also check if you are robot.txt file is do follow or nofollow. I went through the same issue and I found that the robot.txt file was nofollow so I switched it to do follow and my site got crawled in google.
 
Search for site:yourdomain.com and see what comes up.

Just checked, and it says [FONT=Verdana, Helvetica, sans-serif]it doesnt have it archived[/FONT]
 
Does this mean anything? sitemap error.jpg
 
I just tried to submit it in the google webmaster sitemap thing. I submitted it as /system/feeds/sitemap and it came up with 1 error: General http not found 404 error.

Didn't Google drop the full Pagerank concept in 2014?
 
Make sure that you have all the url versions in webmaster tools set. somedomain.com www.somedomain.com https://somedoamin.com
As far as your sitemap, it looks like either google is not finding it where you are saying it is or that you are giving it a poorly formatted file. What are you using to generate your sitemap?

I'm using the wordpress plugin 'Google XML sitemaps'
