I have always after creating webpages, used the manual Google URL submission indexer. And pretty much after submitting within 30 seconds my URL can be found on Google searches. I have been doing a lot of submitting lately which includes URLs from tons of different domains many authority sites. But basically none are getting indexed these last few days, even days later no matter how much I try none get indexed. Why might this be ? Does Google track your submissions from your ip and maybe ghost you at a point ? I don't see how this could really be the case, but that is the only conclusion I can come to, basically nothing is indexing all the sudden.

Before they were instant too here. Now 4 days and nothing.

Well I guess they made the feature to avoid spam on their forum "Why my website is not indexed????" but since blackhatters are abusing it hard they might have to take some counteraction

Use this tool - https://www.blackhatworld.com/seo/index-inject-powerful-backlink-indexer-inject-your-links-right-into-googles-index.938225/

Are you seeing this with manual submissions like OP or with one of the automation tools?

That tool is meant for crawling. Also it's stated that Google can't make predictions or guarantees about when or if submitted URLs will appear in their index.

its much slower.
however, I dont use it for backlinks anymore, but just for onpage changes.
respecting @Nargil advice for "letting links index naturally".

Yes, it's much slower these days. But, you can always ping new pages and index them quickly
